1 In-App Account Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest and most secure way to delete your data is directly within the PromptBook mobile application. This process is instant and fully automated:
- Open the PromptBook app.
- Go to the Profile tab in the navigation bar.
- Scroll down to the Account Settings section.
- Tap on Delete Account.
- Review the warning prompt, and tap Delete Permanently.
Warning: This will instantly and permanently erase your profile name, avatar selection, favorites prompt lists, and copy stats. This action cannot be undone.
2 Submit a Web Deletion Request
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot log in, you can request account deletion below. Our team will manually delete your account within 48 hours of verification.
