Welcome to PromptBook. By accessing or using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using the App in any form, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the App.

2. Description of Service

PromptBook provides a library of pre-curated prompts for AI image generators (such as Midjourney, DALL·E, and ChatGPT). We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the App and copy prompts solely for your creative projects, design tasks, and commercial artwork creation.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (such as Google Authentication and Firebase tokens) and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, code, UI graphics, and proprietary designs of PromptBook are owned by us. While the text prompts themselves are open for copy-paste operations to generate AI art, you may not scraping-harvest the entire database, package, or distribute the prompt collection as a standalone competing product.

5. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you are violating these Terms or engaging in activities that cause harm to our infrastructure or users. You may terminate your account at any time by executing the Delete Account command in-app or via our site.

6. Limitation of Liability

PromptBook is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees that the prompts provided will yield specific or predictable results in external AI systems, as those systems are controlled by third parties. In no event shall PromptBook be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of these Terms must be filed in the competent courts within your jurisdiction.
